You can return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
To make a return, send the goods to one of the following addresses, respectively:
for returns from Poland: Dorothy Fashion, Kowalówka 37, 37-611 Cieszanów, Poland
for returns from other EU countries: Dorothy Fashion, Oude Kerkweg 41, 2381 Weelde, Belgium
The returned goods can not bear any signs of use or damage. It must have a tag.
You will receive your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day the parcel reaches us. You will be refunded in the same way you paid for the product. In case of a card payment it will be a refund, in case of a gift voucher you will receive a voucher of the same value.
If you would like to exchange the goods - it is possible. Contact us at your convenience and we will exchange the product for another product, color or size. You can find all the ways of contacting us in the "Contact" section.
In case of complaint, send the defective goods to one of the above addresses with information about the problem and your order number. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail with a description of the complaint. Our e-mail address is info@dorothyfashion.com
We will inform you about the decision concerning the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the return.
If your complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced with a new one. If this is not possible, we will refund your money.
If you send back the product, we do not cover the shipping costs.
